Return Policy

  • For return items, kindly receive returning address from our Customer Support Team. 
  • Including Order ID, Shipping Name, Shipping Address, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary (the pictures and more details will give us more hints for improving it, thanks a lot in advance).

* Please NOTE we do not accept return goods to our company address or the address on package directly, that is not real return address and will affect the processing of return.

Refund Policy

  • Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.
  • Take your refund/exchange (deducted the coupon and discount fee if applicable) when the package is received.
  • Refund once approved , will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original forms of payment, within a certain amount of days.
